Sorgente Group buys the Galleria Colonna in Rome
Sorgente Group has completed a few days ago the acquisition of the Galleria Colonna in Rome, renamed in 2003 "Galleria Alberto Sordi. Sorgente - the RE fund managed by Valter Mainetti has always focused on high value building - has bought the complex from the Toti family. The operation has been realized purchasing 100% of the shares of «Società Immobiliare Colonna ’92».

FINLOMBARDA: IN HEALTH PROJECT FINANCE ITALY SECOND IN EU
In the health sector, the collaboration between public and private confirms Italy in second place in Europe even though the market is stable. According to the eighth National Finlombarda report on PF in the health sector with Italy in second place with 71 projects (about 4.4 billion euros), after the United Kingdom.
This year the market has, in fact, a +3% (133 million euros) in value and 1% in number compared to 2008. Lombardy confirms its national leadership, weighing for 28% in amount and 24% by number on the Italian market.

Interbanca Finances Solar Park
Interbanca finances with € 25,5M the construction and management of a photovoltaics park in the province of Foggia (South of Italy). The company, with the role of financial advisor, has signed an agreement with Enfinity 4, which is controlled by Enfinity Management bvb AM. This company is active in alternative energy plants’ development and management, implementating six photovoltaic installations generating 7,5 GWh per year and to cover energy needs of 2,500 families. The park construction is committed to the company’Padovana Ecowar. This project should be completed by July 2009.
