Beni Stabili: pre-purchase agreement for a skyscraper located in Turin
Beni Stabili signed a pre-purchase agreement for a property sale located in Turin to a private investor. It is the Lancia skyscraper, with a total area of 7.416 sqm. The final price is 6,4M related to a book value of 3,9M million and a market value of 5,4M. The closing is expected by the end of October 2008.

Carlyle PE enter in Moncler
Carlyle enter with a share of 48% in Moncler, which is also owner of the Henrys Cotton and Marina Yachting. Moncler financial partners, Mittel PE, Progressio Investment Fund and Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo will reduce their participations from 61 to 14%, while Remo Ruffini will maintain, through the Ruffini Group, a share of 38% continuing to chair the Moncler biz.

Finlombarda: +26,2% in project finance in the first six months
Until 30 June 2008, project finance sector marks +26,2% related to the first semester 2007 and +18,9% compared with four months, from Nov to Feb 2008, with an overall value of 9,9B. This is stated in the report presented by Finlombarda and Lombard Region. 2008 has been characterized by the entrance of 50 initiatives, for a total value of 1,7B: 39 in the planning stage, 11 in the bidding process while 40 have been completed for a total value of 160M
