604M for aeolian parks in Sicily and Puglia
The company Societa’ Energie Rinnovabili -owned by Nova Energy (API holding) and participated from Iberdrola Renovables- has undersigned a long term financing of €604M as Project Finance operation to support the realization of aeolian parks in Sicily and Puglia for total 350 MW. This project financing has been set-up by a pool with the Club Deal formula. Royal bank of Scotland, BBVA, BNP Paribas, ING, Intesa, Unicredit/MCC, Calyon and Fortis are the Mandated Lead Arrangers; furthermore the Deal Club includes Centrobanca, Banca delle Marche e Banca Toscana.

Unicredit Re: a €2B fund
UniCredit is launching a € 2B fund which is part of the strategic organization plan after Capitalia acquisition. In accordance with indiscretions, the bank is proceeding to identify advisors and asset management companies to manage the patrimony. After Capitalia acquisition, properties are focused on 5000 buildings for an overall surface of 3,7 millions of sqm, for an eximated value of €5B.

Chiavari port will be managed by Azimut/Benetti
The new tourist port will be built by Azimut/Benetti. Their project has passed the examination from the Technical Commission. The decision is final but the procedure is not ended yet. Chiavari Major, Vittorio Agostino, has declared that in autumn will be published the Public tender for the port construction.
