Refinanced four hotels of the Franza group
This project finance operation has been managed by Westlb Ag and Unicredit Corporate Banking, as financing banks. The overall amount should be around € 60m. This money will be used for four different structures of the Framon RE, a Franza di Messina Group company: Grand villa Timeo hotel, Bristol hotel, hotel Sant’Andrea and Art Nouveau hotel

In exectuion of a pre purchase agreement signed april the 8th 2008, Beni Stabili has closed a deal concerning a building located in Milan, Via Mazzini, 2.
The final price has been € 46M related to a book value of € 42,5M.

Generali wants to grow in the RE industry
Marie de Chalambert, real estate responsible for Generali, has confirmed in an interview the growth strategy for this sector. The company goal is re-balancing its geographical presence - today the 70% is concentrated in Italy and France - and the typology of the patrimony - 73% of total assets are offices. In the future there will be more logistics, retail and hotels.
