Fonsai: 8 funds, the big European insurance companies and Cattolica interested in Liguria Sasa
Eight private equity funds, the big European insurers (Aviva, Allianz and Axa) and one Italian company, Cattolica. These would be interested on Liguria Sasa aquisition. Fonsai group aims to collect about 350-400 million from the sale of new insurance pole result of the reorganization of Milano Assicurazioni, which has a total premium income of 800 million, a net worth of 200 million and a network of 750 agencies. The roadmap provides the closing by the end of August. The asset has aroused particular interest among private equity firms, including Hourglass, Cinven and Investindustrial

Renewable energy: is ready the National Action Plan
The Ministry of Economic Development established a National Action Plan to clarify what is the road that will run in Italy to achieve European objectives of 20-20-20.
The new document under Directive 2009/28/EC provides coverage for Renewable with a 6.38% of total energy consumption for transport, 28.97% for electricity and 15.83% for air conditioning . The stretegies are two: one on the institutional side regarding the renewable energy utuilization and the other on a sectoral policy.
The document will be delivered later this month, the European Commission. Until that date will be monitored by the Ministry of Economic Development, that of ’Environment and the GSE, which will deal with the monitoring of renewable energy.
