Beni stabili: 2.6m pre-purchase agreement
Beni Stabili has signed a pre-purchase agreement of a property belonging to the portfolio Imser 60, located in Florence in Via Scipione Ammirato 33, leased to Telecom.
The selling price is € 2.6 m compared with a market value at 30 June 2009 of 2 million 429 thousand euro. The closing is expected by the end of 2009

Sorgente Group buys the Galleria Colonna in Rome
Sorgente Group has completed a few days ago the acquisition of the Galleria Colonna in Rome, renamed in 2003 "Galleria Alberto Sordi. Sorgente - the RE fund managed by Valter Mainetti has always focused on high value building - has bought the complex from the Toti family. The operation has been realized purchasing 100% of the shares of «Società Immobiliare Colonna ’92».
